Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as an ambassador for the Maison, delivering a personalised, high‑touch luxury client experience in the boutique.
  • Develop and maintain enduring client relationships through proactive clienteling and use of CRM and digital tools.
  • Maximize sales and cross‑sell across product categories to achieve individual sales targets and relevant KPIs.
  • Demonstrate and continuously deepen product and Maison knowledge, advising clients on collections and brand heritage.
  • Monitor market and fashion trends and remain aware of competitor activity to inform client advice and sales strategy.
  • Manage client disputes and escalate to the Team Manager when required, ensuring client satisfaction and brand standards.
  • Maintain presentation and visual standards on the selling floor and comply with the Maison’s operational and stock procedures.
  • Contribute to loss‑prevention and security procedures to protect merchandise and the client environment.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record in luxury retail sales and in creating and developing strong client relationships.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; polished presentation appropriate to a luxury environment.
  • Fluent in French and English; proficiency in a third language is a strong advantage.
  • Strong problem‑solving skills with the ability to resolve client issues efficiently and professionally.
  • Team player who can also operate autonomously; reliable and committed to maintaining boutique standards.

Experience

High school diploma or equivalent; vocational or tertiary education in fashion, luxury retail, business or hospitality is preferred.
