Role & Responsibilities
- Place the customer at the centre of all activities, creating a welcoming environment and delivering excellence service in accordance with the client journey ceremony
- Exceed individual sales targets and maximize personal sales performance whilst contributing to overall store success
- Achieve and surpass KPI goals, maintaining the highest quality of sales and customer service standards
- Demonstrate expert knowledge of Prada products, brand history, culture, and design DNA
- Capture and manage customer data within the company CRM system to develop personalized relationships and identify future sales opportunities
- Embrace and actively promote the omnichannel retail mindset across all customer interactions
- Build and maintain comprehensive knowledge of luxury fashion trends and competitive landscape to provide informed counsel to clients
- Own the resolution of client complaints in liaison with management and the client service team
- Operate with meticulous care and respect for all merchandise
- Leverage digital tools and technology platforms to deliver an integrated luxury experience
- Host and conduct customer appointments both in-person and virtually
- Work collaboratively with back-of-house teams to support daily store operations and maintain organized stock management
- Ensure strict compliance with company procedures, operational guidelines, security protocols, cash handling, inventory management, and all reporting requirements
- Foster a positive team environment through open communication, collaboration, and commitment to diversity and inclusion values
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a luxury or premium fashion retail environment
- Deep understanding of luxury customer service standards and protocols
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Proficiency in working both independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Native or fluent English proficiency
