CHURCH'S is hiring a Senior Client Advisor in London — Regent Street boutique role delivering personalised luxury footwear service and building VIP client relationships.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalised advisory selling and fitting services to a discerning, often VIP, client base to consistently meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Build, manage and grow a proprietary client book through proactive outreach, appointment-based selling and post-sale follow-up.
  • Execute high standards of visual merchandising and product presentation in accordance with brand guidelines to maximise conversion.
  • Operate point-of-sale, process transactions and maintain accurate records of sales, client preferences and service history within the CRM.
  • Support inventory control, stock replenishment and loss-prevention procedures; coordinate with store leadership on deliveries and allocations.
  • Mentor and support junior colleagues on product knowledge, clienteling techniques and store standards; deputise for store management when required.
  • Represent the brand at in-store events and private appointments, collaborating with CRM and marketing teams to activate client events and launches.
  • Provide after-sales service including repairs coordination, returns handling and bespoke customer care to protect long-term client relationships.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in luxury retail or premium boutique sales, preferably within footwear or leather goods.
  • Proven record of achieving individual sales targets and developing lasting client relationships.
  • Deep product knowledge of leather craftsmanship and footwear construction, with the ability to communicate product provenance and care.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and consultative selling skills with a polished, service-oriented demeanour.
  • Ability to manage CRM data and appointment schedules; discretion handling VIP client information.
  • Fluent English with strong written communication; additional languages advantageous.

Experience

At least three years of demonstrable luxury retail experience, ideally with direct responsibility for a personal client book and record of meeting or surpassing sales KPIs. Experience in footwear or leather goods and exposure to VIP servicing or private client sales is strongly preferred.

Education

High-school diploma or equivalent; formal retail, hospitality or luxury sales training preferred.
