Role & Responsibilities

  • Ensure an extraordinary and memorable luxury customer experience, prioritizing client needs and expectations.
  • Serve as a Brand Ambassador, conveying and promoting Prada's philosophy and values.
  • Achieve individual and team sales targets, acting proactively to ensure optimal service both in-store and via e-commerce.
  • Exceed KPI goals, maintaining the highest standards of sales and customer service.
  • Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of Prada products, history, culture, and DNA.
  • Capture and maintain customer data in the CRM, fostering personalized client relationships and future opportunities.
  • Embrace and promote an Omni Channel mindset.
  • Stay informed on fashion trends and competitors to engage customers effectively and offer informed advice.
  • Resolve client complaints in collaboration with management and the Client Service team.
  • Handle products with the utmost care and respect.
  • Utilize digital tools to offer a complete and integrated luxury experience.
  • Conduct customer appointments in-person or virtually.
  • Collaborate with the Back of House team, participating in daily store operations and stock room organization.
  • Comply with company procedures on operational guidelines, security, cash activity, inventory, and logistics.
  • Foster open communication and teamwork, contributing to a positive and inclusive work environment.

Qualifications

  • Experience within a luxury or premium brand environment.
  • Understanding of luxury customer service principles.
  • Proven ability to build long-lasting client relationships.

Skills

Teamwork and independent work capabilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Fluency in English.

Experience

Prior experience in a similar role within a luxury or premium brand is required.
