Prada is hiring a Senior Client Advisor in Dublin — lead luxury clienteling and drive sales in Prada's Dublin boutique.
Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and sustain long-term relationships with high-value and prospective clients, personalising service and follow-up to drive repeat business and lifetime value.
- Deliver exceptional in-store client experiences and tailored styling advice across leather goods, ready-to-wear and accessories, ensuring brand standards are consistently met.
- Meet and exceed individual and store sales targets and KPIs through proactive client outreach, appointments and private shopping events.
- Maintain and expand a curated client book through clienteling techniques, CRM updates and targeted communications.
- Coordinate with store leadership on inventory needs, allocation, visual merchandising and product launches to optimise sell-through.
- Provide impeccable after-sales service including alterations coordination, repairs follow-up and luxury-care guidance.
- Ensure compliance with cash handling, loss-prevention and luxury retail security protocols, and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
Qualifications
- Proven success in luxury or premium fashion retail with demonstrable sales results.
- Strong clienteling and relationship-management acumen, with experience maintaining a personal client book.
- Excellent presentation, communication and interpersonal skills appropriate to a luxury-brand environment.
- High level of commercial awareness, numeracy and attention to detail for stock and transaction handling.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends as required by boutique trading hours.

Experience
Minimum of 3 years' experience in luxury retail or premium fashion with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and building VIP client relationships.
Education
Secondary education required; diploma or degree in fashion, retail management, business or a related field preferred.
