Prada is hiring a Senior Client Advisor in Dublin to deliver exceptional luxury client experiences and drive omnichannel sales.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver an exceptional, personalised luxury experience at every touchpoint, placing the client at the centre of the ‘client journey ceremony’.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets and KPI goals through proactive selling and customer engagement.
- Demonstrate authoritative product knowledge and convey Prada’s heritage, culture and brand values to clients.
- Capture and maintain client data in the Company CRM to develop long-term relationships and future sales opportunities.
- Operate an omnichannel approach: service clients in-store, support ecommerce enquiries and conduct virtual appointments.
- Use Company digital tools to integrate in-store and online experiences and host customer appointments via virtual meeting technology.
- Manage daily store operations in coordination with Back of House teams, maintaining organised stock, complying with stock procedures, security, cash activity and reporting requirements.
- Resolve client complaints with professionalism, escalating to line manager or Client Service when necessary.
- Handle products with the highest level of care and act as a Brand Ambassador in all interactions.
- Foster collaborative team dynamics, promote open communication and contribute to a diverse and inclusive working environment.
Qualifications
- Proven experience within a luxury or premium retail brand in a client advisory or sales capacity.
- Demonstrable track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
- Deep understanding of luxury customer service and clienteling techniques.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build long-term client relationships.
- Capacity to work autonomously and as part of a team in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Fluency in English.

Experience
Several years of hands-on retail experience within a luxury or premium brand, including direct client advisory responsibilities, practical use of CRM for clienteling and demonstrable sales results in an omnichannel retail environment.
Education
Secondary education completed; tertiary studies in fashion, business, retail management or a related discipline preferred.

The successful candidate will be located in Dublin, Dublin, Ireland.
