Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalised service to VIP and regular clients to achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Develop and maintain long‑term client relationships through proactive outreach, appointment management and tailored clienteling.
- Drive in‑store commercial performance via visual merchandising standards, floor discipline and effective product presentation.
- Manage stock integrity, assist with inventory control and ensure accurate point‑of‑sale transactions and reporting.
- Support and mentor junior sales staff, model brand behaviours and contribute to in‑store training and standards.
- Coordinate with CRM and boutique management on client data capture, follow‑up actions and post‑sales service.
- Represent the maison at client events and private appointments, ensuring seamless end‑to‑end client experiences.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years' experience in luxury retail or boutique sales with documented commercial success.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills with a proven ability to develop and retain a high‑value client portfolio.
- Professional presentation and deep knowledge of luxury product categories (fashion, leather goods or accessories).
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to manage simultaneous client appointments and administrative tasks.
- Fluency in spoken French and strong business English recommended; additional Dutch language ability is an asset.
- Right to work in Belgium and flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends and evenings.

Experience
At least 3 years of progressive experience in luxury retail or boutique environments with consistent achievement of sales targets and experience handling VIP clients and private appointments.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or degree in fashion, retail or business is advantageous.
