Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with high-value clients through bespoke clienteling and proactive outreach.
- Consistently achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets while maximising average transaction value and conversion rates.
- Provide expert product advice across leather goods, ready-to-wear and accessories, demonstrating in-depth brand and collection knowledge.
- Deliver a personalised luxury service at every touchpoint, including private appointments, bespoke styling and after‑sales follow-up.
- Support the execution of store standards: visual presentation, stock replenishment, merchandising and inventory control.
- Coach and mentor junior sales staff, modelling exemplary client service and luxury sales techniques.
- Use CRM and POS systems to record client interactions, manage appointments and track sales pipeline.
- Represent the maison at VIP events and trunk shows, coordinating invitations and personalised client experiences.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in luxury retail sales, ideally within fashion, leather goods or accessories.
- Demonstrable ability to cultivate and retain high-net-worth clientele through personalised service.
- Strong commercial acumen with consistent achievement of sales targets and KPIs.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with refined presentation and negotiation abilities.
- Flexible availability to work evenings, weekends and during promotional periods as required by boutique trading hours.
Skills
Experience
Minimum three years' experience in luxury retail or boutique sales, with a documented record of revenue growth, client acquisition and high-level client retention. Experience mentoring junior staff and handling VIP clientele is highly desirable.
Education
Secondary education; vocational training or a degree in retail, fashion or business is advantageous but not mandatory.
