Prada is hiring a Senior Client Advisor in Brussels — luxury retail role focused on clienteling, CRM and omnichannel sales. French and English required.
Role & Responsibilities
- Act as a brand ambassador, conveying Prada’s philosophy and values while guiding clients through a curated client journey.
- Create a welcoming, personalised in-store experience that uncovers client needs, fosters meaningful relationships and builds long‑term loyalty.
- Maximise individual and team sales performance by proactively cross‑selling across departments and achieving defined sales targets and KPIs.
- Capture and maintain accurate client data in the company CRM to support clienteling, follow‑up and future opportunities.
- Embrace and promote an omnichannel mindset, integrating in‑store and digital touchpoints to enhance the client experience.
- Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and shop‑floor presentation in accordance with Prada operational guidelines.
- Handle client queries and complaints professionally, escalating to the line manager when necessary.
- Contribute to store security and loss‑prevention measures by remaining attentive on the shop floor.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in luxury retail or client advisory with a track record of meeting sales targets and developing client relationships.
- Fluent spoken French and English required; Dutch is a strong advantage.
- Passion for selling and a demonstrable interest in luxury, fashion, art and design.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to work autonomously and as part of a team.
- Resilient, self‑motivated, result‑driven with strong problem‑solving aptitude.
Skills
Experience
Minimum 3 years’ experience in luxury retail or client advisory, with demonstrated success in client development, meeting KPIs and delivering high‑end customer service.
Education
Secondary education or equivalent; formal training in luxury retail, sales or clienteling is a plus.
