Role & Responsibilities
- Cultivate and manage a portfolio of high-net-worth and VIP clients through proactive clienteling, private appointments and personalised follow-up.
- Achieve and exceed individual and boutique sales targets through consultative selling and strategic merchandising.
- Deliver exemplary product knowledge across collections, advising clients on fit, provenance and bespoke options.
- Coordinate and host intimate client events, trunk shows and private viewings to drive acquisition and loyalty.
- Use CRM and POS systems to record interactions, manage appointments and produce accurate sales and client reports.
- Assist with visual merchandising standards, stock rotation and inventory accuracy to maintain the boutique’s luxury presentation.
- Mentor and support junior sales staff, modelling service protocols and contributing to a collaborative boutique environment.
Qualifications
- Proven luxury retail sales experience with demonstrable success selling to high-net-worth clients; typically 5+ years in a client advisor role.
- Track record of meeting or exceeding sales KPIs and cultivating long-term client relationships.
- Impeccable presentation, discretion and professional demeanour appropriate for a high-end boutique.
- Flexible availability including evenings and weekends to match boutique trading hours and client schedules.
- Legal right to work in the United States.

Experience
Senior-level experience within luxury retail: typically five or more years advising and closing sales with affluent clientele, plus a documented history of meeting sales targets and building lasting client relationships.
Education
High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree in business, fashion, luxury management or a related field preferred.
