Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional, personalized service to high-net-worth and VIP clients, cultivating long-term relationships and repeat business.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and boutique sales targets and KPIs through proactive clienteling, appointments and follow-ups.
  • Lead clienteling activities including outreach, personalized styling, and management of client records to maximise lifetime value.
  • Mentor and coach junior sales team members on luxury selling techniques, product knowledge and customer experience standards.
  • Manage boutique operations during shifts: process sales, oversee stock handling and replenishment, and maintain visual merchandising standards.
  • Coordinate and support in-store events, private appointments and trunk shows to drive conversion and high-ticket sales.
  • Ensure compliance with brand policies, loss-prevention procedures and point-of-sale reconciliation; prepare concise sales reporting.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record of luxury retail sales, preferably with experience serving HNWIs and VIP clientele.
  • Demonstrable ability to meet and exceed sales targets, with strong clienteling skills and relationship-building aptitude.
  • Experience mentoring or leading small teams within a boutique retail environment is strongly preferred.
  • Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills; professional grooming and client-first demeanor.
