Prada seeks a Seasonal Client Advisor in Forte dei Marmi — deliver exceptional luxury client service, clienteling and sales for the Prada boutique.
Role & Responsibilities
- Act as a brand ambassador, delivering an elevated, personalised customer experience that aligns with the company’s client-journey standards.
- Place the customer at the centre of all activity: welcome, advise and serve clients to maximise satisfaction and loyalty.
- Capture and update customer records in the Company CRM to support ongoing clienteling and future sales opportunities.
- Adopt and promote an omni-channel mindset, supporting integrated sales and service across physical and digital touchpoints.
- Proactively cross-sell across departments to maximise individual and store sales and achieve assigned KPIs.
- Maintain impeccable shop-floor and visual display standards in accordance with operational guidelines and stock procedures.
- Handle customer complaints professionally, escalating to the line manager when necessary to preserve relationships.
- Contribute to store security practices and loss-prevention measures to protect product and brand integrity.
- Stay informed about fashion trends and competitor activity and demonstrate authoritative brand and product knowledge.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated passion for retail and selling; strong commercial orientation.
- Genuine interest in luxury, fashion, art and design.
- Proven ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a polished client-facing manner.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and autonomously when required.
- Resilience, self-motivation, result-driven mindset and problem-solving capability.
- Solid knowledge of the product category managed and enthusiasm for ongoing learning.
- Fluent spoken English.
- Availability to work a seasonal schedule (peak/tourist season) and flexible hours as required by store operations.
Skills
Experience
Experience building long-lasting client relationships; prior retail or luxury boutique experience is highly desirable. Seasonal or high‑traffic store experience is an advantage.
Education
Secondary school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in retail, fashion or related fields is a plus.

This position is based in Forte dei Marmi, Tuscany, Italy, within easy reach of Florence.
