Prada Group seeks a Seasonal Client Advisor in Porto Cervo to deliver luxury retail excellence and drive sales through exceptional customer service.
Role & Responsibilities
- Place the customer at the center by creating a welcoming retail environment and meeting all client needs and requests in accordance with the company's service standards
- Capture customer data into the company CRM system to maintain relationships and develop personalized approaches for future opportunities
- Embrace and actively promote the omnichannel retail mindset across all customer touchpoints
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues to ensure consistent exceptional service and contribute to a positive, inclusive working environment
- Welcome and serve customers with excellence during all in-store interactions and peak trading periods
- Engage proactively in cross-selling across all departments to maximize sales opportunities and achieve individual sales targets and KPIs
- Maintain current knowledge of fashion trends, competitor offerings, and product categories
- Demonstrate comprehensive brand and product knowledge to clients
- Address customer complaints professionally and escalate to management when necessary
- Maintain shop floor and visual display standards in compliance with company operational guidelines and stock procedures
- Contribute to security protocols and remain attentive to loss prevention
Qualifications
- Passion for selling and luxury retail environments
- Curiosity and genuine interest in luxury, fashion, art, and design
- Proven experience building lasting relationships with affluent clientele
- Ability to work effectively both as part of a team and independently
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent spoken English; additional languages highly desirable
- Ambition, resilience, and self-motivation with a results-driven mindset
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Deep passion and knowledge of the managed product category
Skills
Experience
Demonstrated experience in luxury or high-end retail environments, with a proven track record in client relations and sales achievement. Prior experience in building and maintaining high-value customer relationships is essential.
Education
Secondary education or equivalent; additional training in luxury retail, hospitality, or customer service is advantageous.
