Join Prada in Milano as a Sales Support Assistant. Support the sales team in a luxury environment, ensuring customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the sales team in customer service activities.
  • Transport unsold products between the sales area and stockroom.
  • Process orders received from the sales team.
  • Assist sales personnel in wrapping merchandise.
  • Serve refreshments to customers as needed.
  • Contribute to the organization, maintenance, and optimization of the warehouse.
  • Ensure the sales floor remains clean and tidy.

Skills

High affinity for luxury products. Strong sense of responsibility. Excellent communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a team.

Experience

Previous experience in a retail or luxury environment is advantageous.
