Prada Group Sales Support Assistant position in Florence, Italy. Support retail operations, inventory, and customer service in a luxury fashion environment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the sales team in serving customers and facilitating transactions
- Retrieve and transport unsold merchandise from sales floor to stockroom and restock as needed
- Process customer orders from the sales team and coordinate delivery to cash desk
- Assist sales staff with merchandise wrapping and presentation
- Serve beverages to customers as required
- Maintain organization, cleanliness, and optimization of warehouse and stockroom areas
- Ensure sales floor is consistently clean, organized, and well-maintained
Qualifications
- Fluent spoken English
- High affinity for luxury products and retail environment
- Strong sense of responsibility and professionalism
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Proficiency with computer systems and retail software
Skills
Experience
Prior experience in retail, hospitality, or customer-facing roles is beneficial; experience in luxury retail is preferred but not required.
