Prada is hiring a Sales Associate in Livermore, CA — represent the brand at the Livermore Outlet and deliver luxury client service.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional, personalized client service consistent with Prada’s luxury standards; proactively engage customers and build lasting relationships.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through consultative selling and effective product presentation.
  • Maintain thorough product knowledge across leather goods, accessories and apparel to advise clients on fit, provenance and care.
  • Operate the point-of-sale system accurately, process transactions, returns and exchanges in accordance with company policy.
  • Execute visual merchandising directives and maintain boutique presentation standards on the shop floor and in the stockroom.
  • Support inventory control activities including receiving, pricing, stock replenishment and periodic audits.
  • Participate in store events, promotions and clienteling initiatives; follow up with clients via approved CRM practices.
  • Adhere to loss-prevention procedures and maintain confidentiality of customer information at all times.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in retail or fashion is advantageous.
  • Proven track record of customer-facing retail experience, preferably 1–2 years within luxury or premium retail.
  • Polished grooming and professional presentation appropriate to a luxury boutique environment.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and active-listening skills; ability to build rapport with a diverse clientele.
  • Flexible availability including weekends, holidays and peak shopping periods.
  • Familiarity with CRM-driven clienteling and POS operations; Spanish language skills are an asset in a California market.
