Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exemplary, high-touch client service consistent with PRADA’s brand standards, including face-to-face consultation, bespoke product storytelling and personalised follow-up.
- Proactively build and maintain a client portfolio through targeted prospecting, clienteling activities and CRM record management.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets through needs-based selling, thoughtful up-selling and cross-selling of complementary categories.
- Manage boutique operations: visual merchandising maintenance, merchandise replenishment, stockroom organisation and inventory controls.
- Execute point-of-sale transactions accurately, including cash handling, card payments and reconciliation, and support appointment scheduling for VIP clients.
- Safeguard brand presentation and boutique standards by ensuring visual displays, housekeeping and product presentation remain impeccable at all times.
- Collaborate with the store team on events, launches and seasonal campaigns, and ensure compliance with store policies, loss-prevention procedures and local regulations.
Qualifications
- Professional demeanour with demonstrable experience delivering luxury-level client service.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build long-term client relationships.
- Commercially minded with a proven capacity to meet or exceed sales targets through consultative selling.
- Attention to detail and high standards in product presentation and boutique upkeep.
- Flexibility to work retail hours, including evenings, weekends and peak trading periods.
Skills
Experience
1–3 years of retail or boutique experience, preferably within a luxury fashion or premium lifestyle brand. Proven track record in meeting sales objectives and cultivating repeat clients is highly desirable.
Education
Secondary education or vocational qualification; formal training in retail, fashion or sales is a plus.
Workplace
The successful candidate will be located in Roermond, Limburg, Netherlands, with easy access to Eindhoven.
