Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver attentive, personalized service to clients, building rapport and long-term relationships through consultative selling.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets through active client engagement, cross-selling and promotion of brand offerings.
- Operate the point-of-sale system accurately, handle payments, returns and after-sales enquiries with discretion.
- Maintain boutique standards of visual merchandising, product presentation and housekeeping to reflect the maison’s aesthetic.
- Manage stockroom processes including receiving, replenishment and participation in inventory counts.

- Participate in store events and promotional activities, working flexible hours including weekends and public holidays.
Qualifications

- Basic numeracy and experience using POS systems or retail tills (preferred).
- Availability to work a flexible retail schedule, including weekends and peak shopping periods.

Experience
Previous retail or customer-facing experience is preferred, ideally within fashion, accessories or premium retail environments; 1+ years’ experience considered an advantage but entry-level candidates with strong client service aptitude will be considered.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in retail, sales or fashion is advantageous.
