Role & Responsibilities
- Create a welcoming in-store environment and deliver exceptional service aligned with the brand's client journey ceremony
- Capture and maintain customer data in the company CRM to enable personalized engagement and relationship development
- Embrace and promote an omnichannel mindset across all customer interactions
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure consistent, exceptional experiences and foster a positive, inclusive workplace culture
- Proactively engage in cross-selling across all departments to maximize sales opportunities and achieve individual KPIs
- Maintain current knowledge of fashion trends, competitor offerings, and brand product categories
- Demonstrate comprehensive brand and product knowledge to clients
- Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate to management when necessary
- Maintain shop floor standards and visual displays in compliance with company operational guidelines and stock procedures
