Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalised, high‑touch client service to a discerning luxury clientele, cultivating long‑term relationships through proactive outreach and tailored recommendations.
  • Achieve and exceed store sales targets and KPIs through expert product presentation, persuasive selling and effective clienteling.
  • Maintain up‑to‑date product knowledge across leather goods, ready‑to‑wear and accessories to advise clients accurately on fit, provenance and styling.
  • Execute boutique visual and merchandising standards; ensure floor stock, displays and back‑of‑house areas meet brand presentation guidelines.
  • Manage transactions, returns and client records accurately; update CRM and maintain comprehensive client profiles.
  • Support boutique operations including inventory control, stock intake, replenishment and loss prevention procedures.
