PRADA seeks a Client Advisor in Taichung, Taiwan — provide luxury client service, drive sales and uphold boutique standards.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalized client service that reflects Prada’s standards and strengthens long-term client relationships.
- Achieve and exceed individual and boutique sales targets through consultative selling and proactive clienteling.
- Manage the client database and execute follow-up activities, including outreach, appointment scheduling and after-sales care.
- Maintain comprehensive product knowledge across categories to advise clients on fit, materials and styling.
- Ensure visual merchandising, store presentation and stockroom organization adhere to brand guidelines.
- Operate POS, handle cash and transactions accurately, and support inventory control and replenishment activities.
- Represent the brand at in-store events and collaborate with the boutique team on promotional initiatives.
Qualifications
- Proven retail experience in luxury or premium brands; prior boutique sales experience strongly preferred.
- Demonstrable track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and delivering high-quality client service.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a client-focused and discreet approach to service.
- Flexible availability to work retail hours, including weekends and evenings; ability to travel locally for client appointments if required.
- Professional appearance and comportment consistent with a high-end luxury environment.
Skills
Experience
Typically 1–3 years of retail experience, preferably within a luxury or premium fashion boutique, with a demonstrable history of client service and sales performance.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; tertiary education in fashion, retail management or a related field is advantageous.
