Role & Responsibilities

  • Place the customer at the center, creating a welcoming environment and delivering excellence service in accordance with the client journey ceremony
  • Exceed individual sales targets and maximize personal sales performance while contributing to overall store success
  • Meet and exceed KPI goals, ensuring the highest quality of sales and customer service
  • Demonstrate expert product knowledge and comprehensive understanding of Prada history, culture, and design DNA
  • Capture customer data into the company CRM system to develop personalized client relationships and identify future opportunities
