Prada Client Advisor position in Singapore. Deliver luxury retail excellence, build client relationships, and drive sales at ION Orchard flagship location.
Role & Responsibilities
- Create a welcoming environment and exceed client expectations through personalized service aligned with Prada's client journey ceremony
- Drive individual and team sales performance while achieving key performance indicators and sales targets
- Demonstrate deep product knowledge and educate clients on Prada's history, culture, and design DNA
- Capture and maintain client data within the company CRM system to foster long-term relationships and identify personalized opportunities
- Embrace omnichannel retail principles and leverage digital tools to deliver an integrated luxury experience
- Build and maintain current awareness of luxury fashion trends, market developments, and competitor offerings
- Manage client concerns and complaints in collaboration with management and client service teams
- Conduct customer appointments both in-person and via virtual platforms
- Maintain stock organization, participate in daily store operations, and coordinate with back-of-house teams
- Execute company procedures related to operational guidelines, security, cash handling, inventory management, and logistics
- Foster collaborative relationships with colleagues and contribute to a positive, inclusive working environment
Qualifications
- Passion for human relations and sales-driven environments
- Strong problem-solving abilities with genuine curiosity about luxury, fashion, art, and design
- Demonstrated experience building and maintaining long-term client relationships
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a cohesive team
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong interpersonal abilities

Experience
Relevant experience in luxury retail, high-end fashion, or client-facing sales roles with proven track record of building lasting client relationships and achieving sales targets.
Education
Secondary education or equivalent; further education in fashion, retail management, or luxury brand studies is advantageous.
