Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver an exceptional, personalised luxury client experience and act as a brand ambassador for Prada.
- Identify client needs, host dedicated appointments (in-person and virtual) and guide clients through the Prada product universe.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets and KPI goals, contributing proactively to team performance.
- Capture and maintain accurate client data in the Company CRM to develop long-term relationships and future opportunities.
- Promote and execute an Omni Channel approach, integrating in-store and ecommerce channels to provide a seamless client journey.
- Operate daily store procedures including stockroom organisation, inventory, cash activity, loss-prevention and reporting to head office.
- Resolve client complaints with ownership and escalate to line manager or Client Service when required.
- Use company digital tools to enhance the luxury experience and support virtual client interactions.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Prada history, product collections, market trends and competitors to advise clients authoritatively.
- Collaborate closely with colleagues and back-of-house teams to ensure operational excellence and a cohesive client experience.
Qualifications
- Proven passion for client relations and luxury sales.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a client-centric attitude.
- Demonstrated ability to build long-lasting client relationships.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Curiosity, problem-solving skills and an active interest in fashion, art and design.
- Solid product knowledge or a strong willingness to learn the managed product category.
Skills
Experience
Previous experience in luxury or premium retail sales with a demonstrable track record of meeting sales targets and building lasting client relationships. Experience using CRM systems and participating in omnichannel sales initiatives is highly valued.
