Miu Miu Paris is recruiting a Client Advisor in Paris — deliver exceptional luxury client service and drive boutique sales.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalised, high‑touch client service that reflects Miu Miu’s brand standards and cultivates long‑term client relationships.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and boutique sales targets through proactive clienteling, cross‑selling and follow‑up.
  • Maintain comprehensive product knowledge across ready‑to‑wear, leather goods and accessories to advise clients and close sales.
  • Manage boutique operations including point‑of‑sale transactions, cash handling, stock replenishment and inventory accuracy.
  • Support visual merchandising standards and ensure the sales floor reflects seasonal brand presentations and promotional directives.
  • Coordinate and participate in client events, private appointments and after‑sales service to enhance client retention.
  • Adhere to loss‑prevention, security and compliance procedures while upholding the boutique’s presentation and housekeeping standards.

Qualifications

  • Customer‑centric mentality with a demonstrable track record of delivering exceptional service in a luxury retail environment.
  • Strong commercial orientation with the ability to drive sales and manage pipeline activities (appointments, follow‑ups).
  • Polished professional presentation and excellent interpersonal communication skills.
