Prada Client Advisor position in New York on Madison Avenue. Luxury retail sales role with competitive hourly rate and commission opportunities.
Role & Responsibilities
- Place the customer at the center of all interactions, creating a welcoming environment and delivering exceptional service in accordance with the client journey ceremony
- Capture and maintain customer data within the company CRM system to develop personalized approaches and foster long-term brand loyalty
- Welcome and serve customers with an excellent in-store experience at all times, demonstrating professionalism and attentiveness
- Exhibit mastery of brand and product knowledge, maintaining awareness of fashion trends and competitive positioning
- Proactively engage in cross-selling across departments and maximize sales opportunities to achieve individual targets and KPIs
- Handle customer concerns and complaints effectively, escalating to management when necessary
- Maintain shop floor presentation and visual displays to the highest standards, ensuring compliance with operational guidelines and stock procedures
- Contribute to store security and loss prevention by remaining vigilant against product theft
- Work collaboratively with colleagues, fostering open communication and promoting a positive, inclusive working environment
Qualifications
- Passion for luxury retail and the sales environment
- Demonstrated experience building long-lasting relationships with high-net-worth clientele
- Proven ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Strong product knowledge and genuine curiosity about luxury, fashion, art, and design
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to engage diverse clientele
- Fluent in English; additional languages preferred

Experience
Previous experience in luxury retail or high-end customer service is preferred; demonstrated track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets and building a clientele base is advantageous.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; additional retail certification or luxury brand training is a plus.
