Client Advisor position at Prada Group, Fifth Avenue, New York. Luxury retail sales role offering $22–$26/hr with commission and bonus opportunities.
Role & Responsibilities
- Place the customer at the centre, creating a welcoming environment and meeting their every need with excellence in accordance with the client journey ceremony
- Capture customer data into the Company CRM system to maintain, develop, and personalize client relationships and identify future opportunities
- Embrace and promote the omni-channel retail mindset across all customer touchpoints
- Collaborate as a team player with colleagues, fostering open communication to ensure consistent exceptional experiences and contribute to a positive, inclusive working environment
- Welcome and serve customers, providing an excellent in-store experience at all times
- Engage proactively in cross-selling across all departments and categories to maximize sales opportunities and achieve individual sales targets and key performance indicators
- Maintain current knowledge of fashion trends and competitor activity
- Demonstrate comprehensive product and brand knowledge across assigned categories
- Address customer complaints effectively by liaising with the line manager when necessary
- Maintain the shop floor and visual merchandising displays to the highest standards, complying with company operational guidelines and stock procedures
- Contribute to store security and loss prevention by remaining attentive to product protection
Qualifications

Skills
Experience

Education
High school diploma or equivalent is the standard minimum; however, relevant retail, fashion, or business coursework or certifications are advantageous.
