Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver an exceptional, personalised client experience consistent with Prada brand standards at the Broadway boutique.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with high-value clients through proactive clienteling, follow-ups and appointment management.
  • Achieve and exceed individual sales targets through consultative selling, upselling and cross-selling across leather goods, ready-to-wear and accessories.
  • Manage daily boutique operations including opening/closing procedures, cash handling and point-of-sale transactions.
  • Maintain impeccable visual merchandising and ensure presentation aligns with seasonal directives and store floor plans.
  • Support inventory accuracy: receiving, tagging, replenishment and stockroom organisation; assist with stocktakes.
  • Coordinate with store management and CRM teams to update client records, track preferences and plan outreach initiatives.
  • Handle client inquiries and after-sales services, including exchanges, repairs and special requests, ensuring discreet and professional resolution.
