Prada is hiring a Client Advisor in New York — represent the brand on Madison Avenue, deliver premium clienteling and drive sales (hourly position).

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver an exceptional, personalised luxury client experience and act as an ambassador for the Brand, guiding clients through the curated client journey.
  • Capture and update customer data in the company CRM to nurture relationships, personalise service and generate future sales opportunities.
  • Adopt and promote an omnichannel sales approach, integrating in‑store and digital touchpoints to maximise client engagement.
  • Achieve individual and team sales targets through proactive clienteling, cross‑selling and pursuit of KPIs.
  • Maintain exemplary shop‑floor presentation and visual standards in accordance with company merchandising and operational guidelines.
  • Manage customer enquiries and complaints professionally, escalating to the line manager when necessary.
  • Contribute to loss‑prevention efforts and maintain awareness of store security protocols.
  • Remain informed about product knowledge, category expertise, fashion trends and competitive activity.

Qualifications

  • Proven ability to build long‑term client relationships and deliver personalised service.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a client‑first orientation.
  • Capacity to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

Experience
