Prada Sales Advisor in Nanjing—luxury retail position managing client relationships and product sales across all collections.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Participate in sales and visual merchandising management across all product collections to optimize each transaction phase
  • Assess client needs, present merchandise effectively, and maximize perceived product value through expert product knowledge and presentation
  • Leverage customer relationship data to promote the brand and merchandise, driving customer engagement and repeat business
  • Ensure consistent, professional service standards before and after purchase to maintain client satisfaction, loyalty, and brand reputation
  • Address client complaints professionally and escalate complex issues to management as needed
  • Maintain deep, current knowledge of all product categories and proactively update personal and team knowledge of new inventory
  • Monitor emerging fashion trends and competitive brand activity to remain market-informed and provide informed recommendations
