Prada seeks a Russian-speaking Client Advisor (CDD) in Monte Carlo, Monaco — deliver exceptional luxury client service and drive sales.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalised, high-touch clienteling to high-net-worth and international customers, with particular focus on Russian-speaking clientele.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets and KPIs through proactive prospecting and relationship development.
- Manage the point-of-sale process, cash handling and accurate transaction recording; process customer orders and after-sales requests.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards on the selling floor and ensure merchandise presentation aligns with brand guidelines.
- Support stockroom operations including replenishment, inventory controls and receipt/verification of incoming goods.
- Collaborate with the store team on client events, private appointments and localized marketing initiatives.
- Ensure impeccable grooming, discretion and confidentiality when dealing with clientele and high-value merchandise.
Qualifications
- Native or fluent Russian speaker (required) with excellent spoken and written communication.
- Proven ability to build and sustain relationships with affluent and international clients.
- Strong commercial acumen with track record of meeting sales targets in luxury retail.
- Professional presentation, discretion and high standards of customer service.
- Right to work in Monaco (ability to legally work on a CDD contract).
- Flexible availability including weekends, evenings and peak retail periods.
Skills
Experience
Likely 2+ years of sales experience in luxury retail or premium boutiques, preferably with direct exposure to international clientele and bespoke client services.
Education
Secondary education (high school diploma); vocational training or degree in retail, fashion or related field preferred but not required.
