Prada Group seeks a Client Advisor in Monte Carlo (seasonal, June–August) to deliver exceptional luxury client experiences.
Role & Responsibilities
- Create a welcoming, personalised in-store experience and guide clients through the Prada client journey ceremony.
- Maximise individual and team sales, meet KPIs and proactively engage in cross-selling across departments.
- Capture and update customer data in the company CRM to develop long-term client relationships and future opportunities.
- Embrace and promote an omnichannel mindset to connect in-store and digital touchpoints.
- Maintain impeccable shop-floor presentation and visual standards in line with Prada operational guidelines.
- Demonstrate thorough product and brand knowledge and remain informed on fashion trends and competitors.
- Handle customer enquiries and complaints professionally, escalating to the line manager when necessary.
- Contribute to store security and loss-prevention by staying vigilant and following established procedures.
Qualifications
- Fluent spoken French and English; Italian is a strong plus.
- Passion for selling and for the luxury/fashion sector, with genuine interest in art and design.
- Proven ability to build and sustain long-lasting client relationships.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
- Ambition, resilience, self-motivation, result orientation and practical problem-solving ability.
Skills
Experience
Previous retail or luxury sales experience with demonstrated success in clienteling, achieving sales targets and nurturing repeat clientele; experience in boutique or seasonal roles preferred.
Education
Secondary education or equivalent; vocational training in retail or luxury sales is advantageous.
