Prada Group seeks a Client Advisor in Monte Carlo (seasonal, June–August) to deliver exceptional luxury client experiences.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Create a welcoming, personalised in-store experience and guide clients through the Prada client journey ceremony.
  • Maximise individual and team sales, meet KPIs and proactively engage in cross-selling across departments.
  • Capture and update customer data in the company CRM to develop long-term client relationships and future opportunities.
  • Embrace and promote an omnichannel mindset to connect in-store and digital touchpoints.
  • Maintain impeccable shop-floor presentation and visual standards in line with Prada operational guidelines.
  • Demonstrate thorough product and brand knowledge and remain informed on fashion trends and competitors.
  • Handle customer enquiries and complaints professionally, escalating to the line manager when necessary.
  • Contribute to store security and loss-prevention by staying vigilant and following established procedures.

Qualifications

  • Fluent spoken French and English; Italian is a strong plus.
  • Passion for selling and for the luxury/fashion sector, with genuine interest in art and design.
  • Proven ability to build and sustain long-lasting client relationships.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
  • Ambition, resilience, self-motivation, result orientation and practical problem-solving ability.

Experience
