PRADA seeks a Client Advisor in Milan — deliver personalised luxury service, drive sales and manage client relationships in a flagship boutique.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver an exemplary, personalised shopping experience aligned with Prada’s luxury standards to build long-term client relationships and loyalty.
- Engage proactively in clienteling activities: identify, cultivate and retain clients using CRM tools and personalized outreach.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through consultative selling and effective product presentation.
- Maintain deep product knowledge across categories (ready-to-wear, leather goods, accessories) to provide accurate styling advice and technical information.
- Process sales transactions, returns and exchanges accurately; ensure compliance with company cash-handling and operational procedures.
- Support store visual merchandising standards, maintain stock integrity, perform replenishment and assist with inventory counts.
- Contribute to in-store events, private appointments and client experiences; coordinate with store management and back-office teams as required.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in luxury or premium retail sales, ideally within a boutique environment.
- Demonstrable ability to deliver high-touch client service and to work to defined sales targets.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with polished presentation and professional demeanour.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, including cash handling and stock management procedures.
- Flexibility to work retail hours, including evenings and weekends; availability for client events and private appointments.

Experience
Typically 1–3 years of client-facing experience in luxury or premium retail, boutique sales, or a comparable high-end service environment, with a track record of meeting sales objectives and developing client relationships.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in retail, fashion or hospitality is advantageous.
