Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalised client service and cultivate long-term relationships with high-net-worth and repeat clients.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through proactive outreach, clienteling and in-store advisory.
- Manage the client database and execute CRM-driven follow-up, appointment setting and after-sales service.
- Maintain up-to-date product knowledge across collections and provide styling guidance that reflects the maison’s aesthetic.
- Operate the point-of-sale system, process transactions, handle cash and ensure accurate record-keeping.
- Support visual merchandising standards, window dressing and maintenance of boutique presentation.
- Oversee stock management tasks including receiving, replenishment, inventory checks and shrinkage prevention.
- Coordinate with store management on promotions, events and VIP client experiences; assist in organising private viewings or trunk shows.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in luxury retail or boutique sales, with a demonstrable record of meeting sales targets.
- Polished interpersonal skills, discretion and an ability to engage diverse, international clientele.
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail in client management and store operations.
