Role & Responsibilities
- Create a welcoming environment and strive to meet customer needs, providing excellent service in line with the 'client journey ceremony'.
- Exceed individual sales targets and contribute to the store's success.
- Ensure high quality of sales and customer service, exceeding KPI goals.
- Demonstrate extensive knowledge of Prada products, history, and culture.
- Capture customer data in the CRM to maintain and develop client relationships.
- Promote an Omni Channel mindset.
- Stay informed on fashion trends and competitors to advise customers.
- Resolve client complaints in collaboration with the line manager and Client Service team.
- Operate with care and respect for products.
- Utilize digital tools to offer an integrated luxury experience.
- Conduct customer appointments in person or virtually.
- Collaborate with Back of House for daily store operations and maintain organized stock.
- Comply with operational guidelines, security, cash activity, inventory, and reporting procedures.
- Foster open communication with colleagues to ensure a positive work environment and embrace diversity and inclusion values.

- Experience in building long-lasting client relationships.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Experience
