Prada seeks a Client Advisor Intern in Paris (La Vallée Village) — 3-month summer internship (June–August) in luxury retail.
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome clients and deliver an in-store experience that reflects the brand’s luxury standards.
- Build and maintain privileged client relationships through a personalised approach and the use of CRM and digital tools.
- Maximise sales opportunities and enable cross-selling across product categories to achieve individual sales targets and KPIs.
- Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of the Maison and its products; remain informed on fashion trends and competitor activity.
- Manage client issues and liaise with the store manager when escalation is required.
- Ensure the sales floor is impeccably maintained and that visual merchandising and display standards are consistently respected.
- Adhere to operational stock procedures and contribute to loss-prevention and security measures on the sales floor.
Qualifications
- Strong commercial instinct and passion for client-facing sales.
- Marked interest in luxury, fashion, art and design.
- Proven ability to create and develop client relationships.
- Effective and rapid problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication abilities and team-oriented mindset with capacity to work autonomously.
- Fluent French and English; an additional language is a plus.
Skills
Experience
Demonstrated experience in building client relationships; prior retail or luxury customer service experience is desirable. Suitable for candidates at internship level seeking a summer placement.
Education
Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor's or Master's programme in Business, Fashion, Luxury Management, Communications or a related discipline (student status preferred for internship).
Workplace
The successful candidate will be located in Paris, Île-de-France, France.
