Prada Group seeks a Client Advisor in Houston to deliver luxury retail excellence and drive sales through personalized client engagement and brand knowledge.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Place the client at the center of all interactions, creating a welcoming environment and meeting every request with excellence in accordance with the client journey ceremony
  • Capture and maintain accurate customer data in the company CRM system to develop personalized relationships and identify future sales opportunities
  • Embrace and actively promote omnichannel retail mindset and best practices
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to foster open communication, ensure consistent service delivery, and contribute to a positive, inclusive working environment
  • Welcome and serve customers with excellence throughout the shopping experience
  • Proactively engage in cross-selling across all departments to achieve individual sales targets and key performance indicators
  • Maintain current knowledge of fashion trends, market competitors, and industry developments
  • Demonstrate comprehensive brand and product knowledge to all customers
  • Address customer complaints professionally and escalate to line management when necessary
  • Maintain shop floor and visual displays to the highest standards in compliance with company operational and stock procedures
