Role & Responsibilities

  • Create a welcoming environment that places the customer at the center, delivering excellence service in accordance with Prada's client journey ceremony
  • Drive individual sales targets and maximize personal sales performance to contribute to store-wide success
  • Exceed KPI goals and maintain the highest quality of sales and customer service
  • Demonstrate exceptional knowledge of Prada products, heritage, history, culture, and brand DNA
  • Capture and manage customer data within the Company CRM to build personalized relationships and identify future opportunities
  • Embrace and actively promote the omnichannel mindset across in-store and digital touchpoints
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of luxury fashion trends and competitor landscape to advise clients effectively
  • Resolve client complaints proactively, liaising with line management and the Client Service team as needed
  • Handle products with the highest level of care and respect
  • Leverage Company digital tools to deliver an integrated and complete luxury experience
  • Conduct customer appointments both in-person and virtually using technology platforms
  • Collaborate with back-of-house operations, maintaining organized stock management and supporting daily store operations
  • Adhere strictly to Company procedures regarding operational guidelines, security, cash handling, inventory, logistics, and reporting requirements
  • Foster a positive working environment through teamwork, open communication, and commitment to diversity and inclusion values

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant sales experience
  • Passion for fashion, demonstrating dynamic and enthusiastic approach
  • Strong customer-oriented mindset with drive to achieve sales targets
  • Proven ability as an effective team player with results-oriented focus
  • Experience in luxury, fashion, or cosmetics industry is advantageous
  • Fluent command of Cantonese, Mandarin, and English
