MIU MIU is hiring a Client Advisor at K11 Musea, Hong Kong to deliver bespoke clienteling and drive boutique sales.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exemplary, personalised client service and maintain long-term client relationships through proactive clienteling and follow-up.
- Achieve and exceed individual and boutique sales targets through consultative selling, upselling and cross-selling of MIU MIU collections.
- Demonstrate authoritative product knowledge across apparel, leather goods and accessories; advise clients on styling and fit.
- Execute boutique standards for visual merchandising, housekeeping and brand presentation, ensuring windows and floorstock reflect seasonal directives.
- Manage point-of-sale transactions, cash handling and after-sales documentation with accuracy and discretion.
- Support boutique events, private appointments and trunk shows; liaise with CRM to capture client data and preferences.
- Assist with inventory operations, stock replenishment and loss-prevention procedures.
- Collaborate with the store management team to communicate market feedback and local intelligence to regional headquarters.
Qualifications
- Minimum secondary education; vocational diploma in fashion, retail or hospitality is an advantage.
- Right to work in Hong Kong required.
- Professional, groomed appearance and a service-oriented demeanour appropriate for a luxury environment.
- Flexible availability including weekends, evenings and public holidays.
Skills
Experience
Preferably at least 1 year of experience in luxury retail or boutique sales with a demonstrable track record of meeting sales targets and delivering high-touch client service.
Education
Secondary education required; diploma or certificate in fashion, retail or related field is a plus.
