Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, relationship-driven sales through personalised clienteling and attentive in-store service to achieve boutique KPIs and sales targets.
- Manage the full sales cycle: greeting clients, product presentation, fitting and styling, closing transactions and ensuring meticulous after-sales care.
- Maintain deep product knowledge across womenswear, menswear, accessories and leather goods to advise clients authoritatively on fit, materials and provenance.
- Use CRM and point-of-sale systems to record client preferences, follow up on leads, and curate bespoke offers and appointments.
- Uphold boutique visual standards, merchandising directives and stock presentation in line with brand guidelines.
- Support inventory control: receive and process deliveries, execute transfers, and assist in stock reconciliations and loss-prevention protocols.
- Collaborate with the store team on events, private appointments and trunk shows to cultivate and expand the client base.
- Represent the brand with impeccable professionalism, discretion and confidentiality on all client interactions.
Qualifications
- Polished personal presentation and a demonstrable commitment to high-touch luxury service.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a client-centric attitude.
- Proven ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships and to work toward measurable sales targets.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States.
- Flexibility to work retail hours including evenings, weekends and holidays as required by boutique operations.
- Familiarity with POS and basic CRM systems; comfort with digital appointment-booking and sales reporting tools.
Skills
Experience
Typically 1–3 years of experience in luxury retail, premium fashion boutiques or high-end client service roles; prior experience with an international luxury house is advantageous.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in fashion, business, merchandising or a related discipline preferred.
