Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exemplary, personalised service to a discerning international clientele, cultivating long-term relationships and repeat business.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and boutique sales targets through proactive clienteling, cross-selling and upselling.
  • Manage client files and follow up using CRM tools to optimise outreach, private appointments and aftercare.
  • Maintain boutique standards: visual merchandising, housekeeping, window presentation and product placement in line with brand directives.
  • Process sales transactions accurately, handle returns and exchanges, and ensure compliance with cash-handling and sales policies.
  • Support inbound stock management, receiving, replenishment and cycle counts to preserve inventory accuracy.
  • Collaborate with store management on local marketing initiatives, events and VIP appointments.

Qualifications

  • Proven ability to deliver luxury-level client service with high emotional intelligence and discretion.
  • Strong commercial drive with a demonstrable track record in meeting retail sales targets.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; professional, polished presentation appropriate to a luxury environment.
  • Fluency in French and English; Dutch is advantageous given the Brussels location.
  • Legal right to work in Belgium and flexibility to work retail hours including weekends and evenings.
