Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exemplary, personalised service to a discerning international clientele, cultivating long-term relationships and repeat business.
- Achieve and exceed individual and boutique sales targets through proactive clienteling, cross-selling and upselling.
- Manage client files and follow up using CRM tools to optimise outreach, private appointments and aftercare.
- Maintain boutique standards: visual merchandising, housekeeping, window presentation and product placement in line with brand directives.
- Process sales transactions accurately, handle returns and exchanges, and ensure compliance with cash-handling and sales policies.
- Support inbound stock management, receiving, replenishment and cycle counts to preserve inventory accuracy.
- Collaborate with store management on local marketing initiatives, events and VIP appointments.
Qualifications
- Proven ability to deliver luxury-level client service with high emotional intelligence and discretion.
- Strong commercial drive with a demonstrable track record in meeting retail sales targets.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; professional, polished presentation appropriate to a luxury environment.
- Fluency in French and English; Dutch is advantageous given the Brussels location.
- Legal right to work in Belgium and flexibility to work retail hours including weekends and evenings.

Experience
Typically 1–3 years of frontline experience in luxury retail or boutique sales, with a preference for candidates who have worked with premium fashion or leather-goods brands and managed VIP relationships.
Education
Secondary education; vocational or tertiary studies in fashion, retail or a related discipline are advantageous but not mandatory.
