Role & Responsibilities

  • Place the customer at the center, creating a welcoming environment and providing excellence service in accordance with the client journey ceremony
  • Capture customer data into the Company CRM to connect with clients, maintain and develop relationships, and offer a personalized approach
  • Embrace and promote the omnichannel mindset across all touchpoints
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure consistent exceptional experiences and foster a positive working environment
  • Welcome and serve customers with an excellent in-store experience at all times
  • Engage proactively in cross-selling across departments to achieve individual sales targets and KPIs
  • Maintain current knowledge of fashion trends and competitor landscape

  • Address customer complaints effectively and escalate to management when necessary
  • Maintain shop floor and visual display standards in compliance with company operational guidelines and stock procedures
