Prada Client Advisor position in Bangkok, Thailand. Brand ambassador role delivering luxury retail experience and driving sales performance.
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome and serve customers, providing an exceptional in-store experience consistently
- Develop and maintain client relationships through individualized engagement, leveraging CRM and digital platforms
- Execute cross-selling strategies across all departments to maximize sales opportunities and achieve individual KPIs and targets
- Maintain current knowledge of fashion trends, competitive landscape, and brand positioning
- Demonstrate comprehensive brand and product knowledge to clients
- Address customer concerns and complaints professionally, liaising with store management as required
- Ensure shop floor and visual display standards are maintained in accordance with company operational guidelines and stock procedures
- Contribute to store security protocols and remain vigilant against product loss
Qualifications
- Passion for human relations and sales
- Problem-solving orientation with curiosity and genuine interest in luxury, fashion, art, and design
- Proven experience building and maintaining long-term client relationships
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team as well as independently
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated expertise in or passion for the managed product category
- Proficiency in English; Mandarin Chinese is advantageous
