Prada is hiring a Retail Transformation Business Process Owner in Milan to lead SAP S/4HANA retail transformation across store operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Worldwide Store Operations organisation in the retail transformation programme, with emphasis on transition to SAP S/4HANA and redefinition of store back‑office and HQ processes.
- Participate in detailed as‑is analysis and design of to‑be processes across store operations, finance and distribution/supply chain, identifying opportunities for optimisation.
- Translate business needs into functional requirements and ensure their correct implementation within the new system landscape.
- Act as Business Project Owner for Retail: coordinate Key Users, manage stakeholder relationships across WW Store Operations, IT and external consultancies, and oversee roll‑out from legacy to target systems.
- Support and coordinate Retail Key Users during User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and provide ongoing support during go‑live and post go‑live phases.
- Contribute to change management strategy and sponsor operational alignment; design and manage global training activities for the Retail area.
- Proactively identify and mitigate project risks and conflicts, escalating when necessary to preserve timelines and deliverables.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree preferred (scientific, economics or language-related disciplines advantageous).
- Proven project experience in retail transformation initiatives; international project exposure preferred.
- Deep knowledge of retail processes (store and HQ) and solid understanding of distribution/supply chain and financial impacts.
- Fluent Italian and English; willingness to travel internationally.
- Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills, including public speaking to senior audiences.

Experience
Several years of experience leading or contributing to retail or finance transformation projects, ideally including SAP S/4HANA implementations and coordination of global key users across multiple countries.
Education
Master’s degree preferred (scientific, economic or language-related fields).
