Role & Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Store Management to develop and execute a comprehensive calendar of learning programs tailored to both global and local projects.
- Strategically partner with cross-functional teams (GM, Retail Operations, CRM, HR) to align training initiatives with business objectives and local market needs.
- Innovatively deliver training through in-person sessions, online platforms, gaming applications, and digital learning tools to cultivate a culture of continuous learning.
- Assess training KPIs and business performance to ensure alignment with business goals, adapting programs as necessary.
- Conduct on-the-job observations and provide immediate feedback and training to store teams.
- Oversee New Starter induction programs in accordance with headquarters guidelines.
- Manage the training budget for the market effectively.
- Utilize Prada's platforms, dashboards, and apps to manage the Learning Management System (LMS) for store training needs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
Skills
Experience
A minimum of 10 years of experience as a Store/Retail Trainer, with a focus on Client Journey and Clientelling, preferably in luxury retail.
