Role & Responsibilities
- Support the design, preparation and delivery of in‑store training modules for sales teams, including product knowledge, selling techniques and clienteling standards.
- Assist in onboarding new store hires and coordinate schedules with store managers and regional training leads.
- Develop and update training materials and visual aids (presentations, quick reference guides, role‑play scripts).
- Conduct store visits and learning observations to assess training effectiveness and report findings with actionable recommendations.
- Maintain and organise training records, attendance logs and follow‑up action plans in collaboration with HR and retail operations.
- Contribute to cross‑functional projects with merchandising, visual merchandising and client services to ensure consistent brand execution.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a university programme in business, fashion, retail management, human resources or a related discipline.
- Demonstrable interest in luxury retail and an understanding of brand positioning, product categories and client experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present clearly to small groups.
- Organised, proactive and able to work collaboratively across multiple stakeholders and time zones.
- Flexible availability to travel to stores in Tokyo and occasionally beyond during the internship period.

Experience
No prior professional experience is required; previous customer‑facing, retail or hospitality experience is advantageous. Internship or project experience in training, merchandising or store operations will be considered a plus.
Education
University student or recent graduate in Business, Fashion, Retail Management, Human Resources or a related field.
