Miu Miu Retail Training Intern in Milan: support store training, onboarding and CRM-aligned learning initiatives for the maison.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the design, preparation and delivery of retail training modules and onboarding plans for boutique teams.
- Assist with coordination of in-store and digital training logistics, including scheduling, materials preparation and post-session follow-up.
- Contribute to the creation and maintenance of training content — presentations, manuals, checklists and e-learning assets.
- Help monitor training uptake and effectiveness by collecting feedback and tracking key learning metrics.
- Work with CRM and omnichannel teams to align product, service and selling guidelines across touchpoints.
- Shadow store trainers and managers to observe coaching practices and document best-practice workflows.
- Maintain training records in the relevant systems and ensure data accuracy for reporting.
- Support ad-hoc retail projects related to staff development, product launches and seasonal initiatives.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a bachelors or masters degree programme in Business, Human Resources, Marketing, Fashion Management or a related discipline.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage boutique teams.
- Organised, proactive and able to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Attention to detail when producing training materials and maintaining records.
- Professional fluency in Italian; good command of English preferred.

Experience
No prior professional experience is required; previous retail, luxury brand or customer-facing experience is advantageous and will be considered a strong plus.
Education
Enrolled in a university-level programme (Bachelor's or Master's) in Business, HR, Marketing, Fashion Management or related field.

The successful candidate will be located in Milan, Lombardy, Italy.
