The Retail Training Intern will support the HQ Department in implementing and monitoring global Retail Training Projects, contributing to enhancing client experience and developing store staff skills. The role involves content deployment, vendor coordination, digital platform management, and training result analysis.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the department in deploying and implementing training content across various touchpoints.
- Assist with vendor coordination and maintain the training library.
- Manage the editorial calendar for digital platforms, upload content, and enhance user experience across markets.
- Monitor training results, provide actionable insights, and identify trends to support business objectives.
- Maintain trackers, calendars, and operational documentation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Retail, Education, Technology, or a related field.
- Previous internship experience in retail, luxury, hospitality, or technology is advantageous.
- Fluency in English.
