Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the department in deploying and implementing training content across various touchpoints.
  • Assist with vendor coordination and maintain the training library.
  • Manage the editorial calendar for digital platforms, upload content, and enhance user experience across markets.
  • Monitor training results, provide actionable insights, and identify trends to support business objectives.
  • Maintain trackers, calendars, and operational documentation.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Retail, Education, Technology, or a related field.
  • Previous internship experience in retail, luxury, hospitality, or technology is advantageous.
  • Fluency in English.

Skills

Proficiency in digital tools and willingness to learn new platforms. Strong communication skills. Organizational and project management skills. Ability to work collaboratively as a team player. Creative, solution-focused, and innovative thinking. Analytical skills with a penchant for data analysis and process improvement. Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Experience

Previous internship experience in retail, luxury, hospitality, or technology is advantageous.

Education

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Retail, Education, Technology, or a related field.
