Role & Responsibilities
- Support the department in deploying and implementing training content across various touchpoints.
- Assist with vendor coordination and maintain the training library.
- Manage the editorial calendar and upload content on digital platforms.
- Provide feedback and contribute to enhancing the user experience across markets.
- Monitor training results and provide actionable insights.
- Identify trends to support business objectives.
- Maintain trackers, calendars, and operational documentation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Retail, Education, Technology, or a related field.
- Previous internship experience in retail, luxury, hospitality, or technology is advantageous.
- Fluency in English.
